This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information of e-commerce merchants (“Merchants” or “you”) who use our Baha Digital Plugin for WooCommerce, designed specifically for the Algerian e-commerce and Cash on Delivery (COD) market.

When you install and use the Baha Digital Plugin on your WooCommerce store, we may collect:
* Merchant Information: Your name, email address, store URL, and license key for verification purposes.
* Google Account Information: When you authorize our plugin to connect with your Google Account, we request access to your Google Profile, Email, and Google Sheets (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets).
* Store Order Data: The plugin processes your customers’ order details (such as names, phone numbers, states, and municipalities in Algeria) strictly to automate the transfer of this data to your personal Google Sheets.

We use the collected information exclusively to:
* Verify your active plugin license and provide technical support.
* Facilitate the core functionality of the plugin: automatically syncing your WooCommerce COD orders directly to your connected Google Sheets.
* Improve the performance and security of our plugin.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy (IMPORTANT)
Baha Digital’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically regarding Google Sheets: We request access to your Google Sheets solely to create, format, and update spreadsheets with your daily WooCommerce orders. We do not use your Google data for serving ads, we do not sell your data, and no human at Baha Digital reads your spreadsheets. Your customers’ data passes through our secure bridge directly to your Google Account.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell or share your personal information or your Google data with third parties. Your customers’ order data is routed securely to your Google Sheets and is not stored permanently on our central servers.
6. Data Retention and Revoking Access
You can revoke the Baha Digital Plugin’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings. Once revoked, the plugin will immediately stop syncing orders to your Google Sheets.
