Terms of Service for Baha Digital Plugin

1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Baha Digital Plugin on your WooCommerce store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
The Baha Digital Plugin is a WooCommerce extension built for Algerian e-commerce merchants. It provides optimized checkout forms for Cash on Delivery (COD) and automates the synchronization of store orders to Google Sheets for easier fulfillment and tracking.
3. Merchant Responsibilities and Data Privacy
* You are fully responsible for the e-commerce store on which the plugin is installed.
* You are the “Data Controller” for your customers’ personal data (names, phone numbers, addresses). You must ensure your own store’s privacy policy clearly informs your customers that their order data is processed and exported to third-party services like Google Sheets.
* You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress admin dashboard and your connected Google Account.
4. Google Integration
To utilize the automated order export feature, you must authorize the Baha Digital Plugin using your Google Account. You understand that the plugin will automatically create and modify Google Sheets in your Google Drive based on your store’s activity. Baha Digital is not liable for any data loss, mismanagement, or deletion of sheets caused by you or your team within your Google Drive.
5. Intellectual Property and Licensing
The Baha Digital Plugin is the intellectual property of Baha Digital. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your store(s) according to your purchased plan. You may not distribute, resell, or modify the core code of the plugin to bypass licensing checks.
6. Limitation of Liability
The plugin is provided “as is.” In no event shall Baha Digital be held liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions in your e-commerce operations arising from the use or inability to use the plugin or the Google Sheets synchronization feature.
